In this collaboration, I bring a perspective that combines strategy, transformation, leadership and leaders' decisions. I am particularly interested in what happens where business and people meet, where the company's direction has to be translated into real decisions, behaviours and the way the organisation works.
As part of the collaboration, I share knowledge through articles, expert commentary and webinars, focusing on topics related to leadership, change, leaders' accountability, strategy execution and the role of HR as a partner closer to the business.
